RETURNS

The return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days passed since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange can’t be offered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are not eligible for returns/refunds:
– Custom Original Paintings (commissioned art)
– Custom Fine Art prints
– Fine Art prints
– Postals

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that you returned artwork has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

 

DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY

If the package is damaged during delivery, you can either refuse the shipment or you can have delivery company mark the package as ‘received damaged’. Immediately report the damage during delivery by sending an email to art@diegotirigall.com including photographic evidence of the damage to artwork and packaging and details of your actions.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is processed. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at art@diegotirigall.com

 

EXCHANGES (Fine Art Prints only, not applicable for Original Paintings)

Only Fine Art prints can be replaced if they are defective or damaged or if you receive an item that does not correspond to your order. If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at art@diegotirigall.com detailing the reasons for exchange (with photographic evidence).

 

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, send me an email at art@diegotirigall.com and I will provide you with the address for the return shipment. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance covering full value or artwork shipped. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
