WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?
We strive to keep shipping costs at a minimum. The quote you receive for shipping is based on your shipping location and the size of the artwork. You can review the final cost of shipping before placing your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All products are shipped within 3-4 business days after the order has been received. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your package.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRACK THE ORDER?
The email we send you includes a tracking number that can be used on the shipping provider's website to determine the package location.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Just click the 'Country' drop-down menu at time of checkout to see your options. If your country is included in the list, you can get the shipping cost by clicking the 'Estimate' button.
HOW IS THE ARTWORK PACKED FOR SHIPPING?
We want to make sure your portrait arrives in perfect conditions. Therefore, our shipping team will carefully pack every artwork piece to ensure that it can arrive safely and without any type of damage. We wrap every portrait in shrinkwrap to completely protect the surface and we use a layer of bubblewrap to secure portraits in their cardboard boxes. As packages travel all over the world, our team will make sure that your package is perfectly secured.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ARTWORK WHEN IT ARRIVES?
Most of the shipping providers will not ask you to sign in order to receive the package. If the courier considers that the delivery address is secure enough, they will leave the package at your door.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER A CUSTOM ARTWORK?
We regularly work on commissions and custom artwork pieces for restaurants, art collectors, interior designers, hotels and more. Please feel free to contact us at any time to discuss the options.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER OR GET A REFUND?
It is possible to cancel an order before it has been shipped to get a full refund. You can also return any brand-new or unused artwork within 30 days of the delivery for a complete refund. However, keep in mind that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
In order for refunds and returns to be accepted, all artwork must be in undamaged condition and repackaged carefully. Artwork needs to resemble its new or unused condition and if the artwork appears to be damaged or the condition faded, refunds will be adjusted by a minimum of 15% of the total cost of the item.
Most refunds are returned to the customer in 3-5 days after we receive and process the return.
In the event of damage during shipping or mistakes, all return shipping costs will be covered by us.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
If your order is damaged in transit, please keep the packaging and the content, and contact us immediately. We can send you a new package at no cost and arrange that the courier service picks up the damaged package. If your package is lost in transit, we will also ship a new product to you immediately.
HOW LONG WILL THE ARTWORK LAST?
All the art pieces we create include UV resistant treatments as well as high-quality materials. We strongly recommend that you hang your product away from direct sunlight and in climate controlled conditions.
HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF THE ARTWORK?
Your artwork needs to be treated like any portrait or piece of fine art. You should never position the artwork near direct sunlight. Do not clean the artwork with water, any type of glass cleaner or any other cleaning solution. The easiest way to remove dust from the artwork is with a gentle soft dust brush or feather duster, and only when required.
